Summary

The Social Equity Applicant Technical Assistance Series, or the SEAT Series, is a collection of educational videos produced to support social equity applicants with valuable insight into dispensary ownership and operations. In part one of the series we covered the topics Staffing and Employment, Legal & Compliance, Tax Compliance, Cannabis Industry Best Practices, and Community Engagement & Diversity Planning. Part two covers Fair Chance Hiring, How to Crack the Startup Funding Code, and Designing and Building Your New Cannabis Facility.

What we've done
  1. Pre-production calls
  2. Directing and editing
  3. Post-production
  4. Distribution

Chicago NORML asked us to help

— Create a unique, accessible virtual learning experience

— Create a visual that is in line with their brand voice

— Match their vision to the look and experience of the series

— Provide a visual framework that will help produce the final product more quickly

Creating a landing page with clear and targeted messaging was a crucial step in increasing conversions. Together with the Chicago NORML team, we have compiled a new series page structure with a 29% conversion rate, in comparison to a 2.35% average.
