Hi Tech Consulting was contracted as the VIrtual Event Manager for the 16th Annual Chicago Food Justice Summit. The summit was held virtually on the Whova platform with the theme Radical Reimagination. The event hosted over 1300 attendees with over 20 live and prerecorded sessions, including Yoga, Farm Tours, Keynotes, and Plenary sessions. Hi Tech Consulting worked with the Chicago Food Policy Action Council team and volunteers to curate speakers, create sponsor materials, manage sessions, develop accessibility tools, provide technical assistance, and engage virtual attendees to make the online summit a success.
